We are proud to share exciting news — Ash Flat Healthcare & Rehabilitation has been awarded a CMS 5-Star Quality Rating, the highest rating a nursing and rehabilitation facility can receive in the United States. For families searching for care, this distinction offers something invaluable: confidence. Choosing a healthcare center for a loved one is one of the most emotional and important decisions a family will ever make. The CMS 5-Star designation helps remove uncertainty by confirming that Ash Flat meets — and exceeds — the most rigorous national standards for quality and safety.
At Ash Flat Healthcare and Rehab, every resident brings with them a story worth honoring. One of those stories belongs to Alfred Garcia—affectionately known to many as Alfredo or simply Mr. Garcia.
Mr. Garcia proudly served in the United States Army, enlisting on June 10, 1969. During his two years of service, which concluded on June 9, 1971, he demonstrated courage and dedication that earned him several military medals, including a Bronze Star. His service is a source of pride not only for him, but for all of us who have the privilege of caring for him today.
