This morning was a truly meaningful one at Ash Flat Healthcare & Rehabilitation as we welcomed the Fellowship of Christian Students from Highland High School to our campus.
These inspiring young leaders visited the site of our new Green House® Cottages currently under construction, taking time to bless the building and pray over the future elders who will one day call it home.
During their visit, the students covered the structure in prayer and wrote Bible verses on the exposed beams, leaving behind words of hope, encouragement, and faith woven into the very foundation of the cottages. Their prayers reflected our deepest desire—that this new space will be a place of peace, comfort, dignity, and hope for every elder we serve.
It was incredibly moving to see a group of high school students so strong in their faith and so intentional about honoring and caring for the generations that came before them. Their presence was a beautiful reminder that compassion and respect for elders transcends age, and that the future is bright when young people recognize the importance of serving others.

Ash Flat Healthcare & Rehab is proud to be part of the growing movement to expand the Green House® model across the state of Arkansas, bringing a higher standard of care to more seniors. As this model continues to grow, so does our ability to serve elders with greater compassion, dignity, and individualized attention.
Today’s visit was more than just a moment—it was a powerful symbol of community, faith, and shared purpose. We are deeply grateful to the Fellowship of Christian Students from Highland High School for taking the time to pray over this new chapter and for reminding us why we do what we do.
We look forward to the day these Green House® Cottages open their doors and become a place where elders feel valued, loved, and truly at home.
